Six regular meetings will be held in 2024. Generally, meetings are held on the second weekend of every second month, alternating Saturday and Sunday.
The Annual Exhibition is open to the public on the Saturday of the second weekend in October.

BriPhil House is located at the corner of Gardenvale Rd and Magnolia Rd, Gardenvale, 3185 (Melway ref. 67 H9). The hall is 10 minutes walk from Gardenvale Railway Station.
