Membership
General
The Club has a defined membership year that runs from 1 October to the following 30 September. There is a period of grace for late payment of subscriptions that ends on 31 October in each year. Under Club rules, members who have not renewed by 31 October will be deemed to have ceased membership on that date and must reapply for membership.
Subscriptions
Subscription rates for 2009/10 are as follows:

These rates will apply until the annual review in August 2010. Changes will be notified following the Annual General Meeting.

Applicants for membership are required to sign an undertaking to be bound by the rules of the asociation. A copy of these rules in .pdf format is included below so that intending members may acquaint themselves with the contents.
